Why have not all of my parcels have been delivered?
Occasionally Parcelforce deliver parcels in a consignment a day or two later than the rest - if you have not received all parcels three days later, let us know and we will chase them up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but please let us know as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I have received damaged goods or my order is incorrect?
Contact us on wholesale@highlandsoaps.com and we will credit your account or send replacements. Damaged Goods must be returned to The Highland Soap Company, Inverlochy Mains, North Road, Fort William, PH33 6TQ suitably packaged.
Why was I charged shipping?
We charge £10 + VAT delivery on orders below £300 ex VAT. If you'd like to add to your order, just let us know.
