When will my shipment arrive?
We use the Parcelforce express48 service and normally are able to despatch with them within two working days. You can track your parcel using:

Why have not all of my parcels have been delivered?
Occasionally Parcelforce deliver parcels in a consignment a day or two later than the rest - if you have not received all parcels three days later, let us know and we will chase them up.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but please let us know as quickly as possible. 

What do I do if I have received damaged goods or my order is incorrect?
Contact us on orders@highlandsoaps.com and we will credit your account or send replacements. Damaged Goods must be returned to The Highland Soap Company, Spean Bridge, Highlands, PH34 4EP suitably packaged.

Why was I charged shipping?
We charge £10 + VAT delivery on orders below £300 ex VAT. If you'd like to add to your order, just let us know.
