Wholesale Information

We are a small, family owned maker of soap and skincare products based in the Highlands of Scotland. We use organic and natural ingredients and sustainable packaging in a small-scale batch process to make what we believe are the finest and most ethical products available in Scotland. 

Wholesale Stockist 

In addition to our own retail stores, we partner with retailers to offer our range of products in some lovely shops across the UK and abroad. We welcome enquiries from high street retailers, museums, health food shops and distillery gift shops looking for information about stocking our product range.

MINIMUM ORDER:  Initial purchase must be greater than or equal to the company’s minimum order quantity (£250 excl. VAT) and stock once purchased is non-refundable. Thereafter £100 excl. VAT.

UK DELIVERY: Carriage cost is £10 +vat on orders under £400. Carriage is free for orders over £400. As our products are handmade, delivery will normally be within 10-14 working days from receipt of payment.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Please contact us before placing an order if you require international shipping. We can provide you with a quote for shipping charges or you can arrange collection with your own courier.  

PAYMENT: We accept payments for trade orders by card, cheque or bank transfer with orders dispatched on receipt of payment. Credit account holders must: have ordered and paid in full for a total of at least 4 or more pro-forma purchases, have been trading with the company for a period equal to or over 9 months, within which time the customer must have purchased over £2,000.00 + VAT worth of stock, be approved by the company, based on the information and references provided by the purchaser, which must be as accurate as possible.

Account holders are obliged to pay the balance of their credit in full no more than 30 days after the delivery of any order. Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full before further goods will be sent. If an order exceeds the agreed credit limit, credit account holders must pay any outstanding balance which exceeds this limit before the goods will be dispatched. The company reserves the right to end any credit agreement, as it deems necessary, should any violation of this contract occur.

RETURNS: Undamaged goods returned due to Purchaser error will result in the issue of a credit note. We cannot accept any items showing signs of being used, displayed or in such a condition as to render them not re-sellable. We only refund monies paid arising from our error, or at our discretion. Goods to be returned to The Highland Soap Company, Unit 3, Ardgour Road, Caol, PH33 7PH suitably packaged.
